There are songs from real love affairs some went good some went bad. Feelings of anger, lust, love, resentment, sadness, happiness just about all emotions which is what the blues is all about, emotion and soul. Just starting a porject wiht flamenco guitarist Dave Buckingham, c friends, a completly new adventure for me. The album 'Chill Pill' is in its embryonic stages. In my early years I was lucky enough to play on stage with Buddy Guy and it was an awesome experience. I also had a band with Superface, c friends. I held a residency at Ronnie Scotts for a while and have done nearly every blues club and pub in the UK. I gig most nights and live,eat and breath music!! I now play every sunday at The Living Room, Leeds. I like many styles of music from pop, jazz, funk, samba, folk, blues, rock, hiphop, dance etc. Lyrics are very important to me.
